Juan Carlos helped my parents sell their home a few years ago as they we're getting ready to retire and move out of state. The experience we had with him was great! He made my parents feel comfortable and made the process so easy for them and less stressful. He quickly became a friend to our family. He was always there to help in any way, whether it was to answer the million questions we had or to help with something involving our house. He constantly checked in with us without ever being annoying and we never felt pressured in any way. He was very informative and explained things we couldn't understand.
